HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Woodward Speed Shop, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. Products purchased (including original packaging and paperwork) must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Upon receipt, we will provide a full inspection of the merchandise. We’ll follow up via email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment, minus a restocking fee and all shipping and handling fees.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect (we shipped the wrong item) or defective item.
When shipping an item back to us, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damages packages.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked “final sale” do not qualify for a return or refund.

Restocking Fees:
Why a restocking fee? Our minimal restocking fee covers lost credit card charges and shipping fees, and that's it! A Restocking Fee of 5% to 25% will apply to all products being returned to Woodward Speed Shop. (Restocking fee's range depending on item purchased, shipping costs, and condition of returns). NOTE: Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Damaged Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Items to be replaced by Woodward Speed Shop will need to meet the same requirements as Returned Products. Items must be returned with original packaging, parts, and paperwork. Items to be replaced by Woodward Speed Shop will be shipped once the returned product is received and processed. We will replace the product and process your return at no charge. If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please check all merchandise for damage or defect when you receive your order, and before the item(s) is used or installed.
Damaged Shipments & Partially Missing Items:
Unfortunately, there are times when Items will show up Damaged or Partially Missing due to mishandling in shipment transit or by mistake. Woodward Speed Shop requires that all items are inspected by the receiver to verify Damage and to report the damaged items or packages within 48 hours of delivery. Woodward Speed Shop will not be held responsible for items that are not reported in a timely manner in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). NOTE: In some cases, the customer may be required to submit a photo of the damaged shipping box and/or items to verify the damaged with the shipping carrier or manufacturer.
Return merchandise packages should be shipped after contacting our returns department.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Packages will be returned to us by the carrier if they cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, are not picked up from shipping facility, or if the recipient refuses delivery. All packages returned to us for the above reason can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. A 10% restocking fee will be charged.
